I have this growing amongst my cattleya and numerous other genera, must say, it gets no special treatment whatsoever, pretty much gets to do its own thing really...

Have always loved seeing this one in pictures! Alas! It both gets too big and needs cooler temps than I can provide.

Wouldn't say they get really big at all, stands roughly (45 centimeters ) tall, and has been so for the last 3 years aswell, and is compact growing...... orchidspecies.com, states cool to cold growing, however, I have mine growing outside in the greenhouse year round, wich is roughly intermediate conditions all the time....

18 flowers on 3 spikes this year, and gowing strong.... took a while to establish initially, but is starting to take off now. Growing in 3 directions now, and hopefully more, when the new growths start appearing....

The flowers on these are really intense in colour, and last fairly long aswell.
