I'm all for finding out what makes them tick, 'cause that's just icing on the cake!

Any updates? Mine is still growing and putting out new growth.

Chaz came and spoke to my local society this fall and told me he lets this one dry out substantially after it finishes new growth, otherwise the sheath dies. Maybe y'all can implement this better than I can. It seems like this thing never stops growing, so I never really let it dry out too much.

However, lately I've been letting it dry much quicker and have been giving it more days between watering (usually it gets watered every day). We'll see if that helps.
