C. Vinnie Sweetenberg x C. Sans Souci Male
Default C. Vinnie Sweetenberg x C. Sans Souci

If there was ever a poster child for "It finally bloomed, go ahead, show everyone", it is probably this orchid. I bought it about seven years ago as a NBS seedling. It just sat there and sort of grew, sometimes. About three years ago, it started putting up full sized growths with sheaths, but no flowers. This year, it decided to do its thing. Only one blossom this time, but I have my first white Catt for the holidays. And I couldn't resist showing off my cat with her favorite Catt.

I love both of your catts--especially the furry one.

Wow! Both Cat(t)s are gorgeous... and the white one is fantastic! (I have a weakness for white Catts... )

(...and purples, and yellows, and semi-albas, and, and, and, and, and but whites are really special)

Way to go, Kim!
Talk about patience!!!

I was really excited this morning to find a spike and buds on a Catasetum I've been waiting almost three years for...now that doesn't seem quite so long

Great photos too
