Great looking little plant! It looks like you simply placed the mount on top of the leca, and the plant grew roots through the mount and into the pot?
Makes me want to try again with this species, I had one mounted, but kill every mount I buy due to my irregular watering habits. Looks like you may have found the solution, without unmounting the plant!
