Thank you Steve. Between you and Katrina, and everyone else who provided their advice, these plants will thrive!

Laelia (Rupiculous) Orchids
My favorite Laelia Rupicolous vendor had several plants up for auction and I lucked out and got this one. I bought it because earlier this year I bought a hybrid flask with this plant (not this particular one) as the pod parent bred to Sophrinistis cocchinea.
I am not going to buy a Soph--as it is a little bit more finicky than Laelia rupics.

YES! Haven't met the person but he is very responsive to my questions, he packs his plants beautifully, his plants are reasonably priced AND free shipping. He rocks!

Yep, Chaz seems pretty cool. In fact, I'm bringing him to Texas to do the lecture circuit! Should be great!

Laelia (Rupiculous) Orchids
It is Summer! But here in Fort Wayne, it isn't Summer, more like Spring--rainy days, cool nights. It got to 47*F last night. So I brought in my Laelia rupicolous to spend a warmer night indoors.
Now they are back outside. These plants are delightful. They are growing new bulbs and roots. Most of them are turning red.
