Don't think this belongs in the repotting section - just a quick question. I just transplanted this catt - Pls look at pict which shows roots in the middle of plant exposed to air, etc. Should the roots be under the bark medium or is it ok to have them exposed? The moss around the edge of the pot is just a light top dressing - sort of for a little moisture retention in my very dry home-plant is also in plastic "shelter" for warmth retention in my very cool home-plastic worked last year and gave me lovely blooms. Thanks

That's fine. In nature, Catts don't have roots buried in substrate. And you definitely don't want to pot the plant too deeply.

its fine for the roots are on top, they grow exposed in nature...I don't really like the moss around the sides tho...I would sit the plant on a large pan filled with rocks and kept wet....good luck!
