Brassocatanthe Little Mermaid - probably
I got this one with no tag two and a half years ago (Trader Joe's) ... both when I first got it, and when it re-bloomed last year, many people commented that they were pretty sure that's what it is
Wonderful, fairly strong, rose-like fragrance! Growing in a clay pot, chc mix; inside in a south facing window now (brought it inside a few weeks ago to make sure nothing happened to the buds - lost some to rot outside last winter - and I like having that wonderful fragrance inside!), but it grew outdoors the previous couple of years, getting some afternoon sun.
Depending on the light, color can seem bright pink, a nice purple, or a very soft purple-pink. A couple of examples attached.
Thanks for looking

Very nice and large flowers for a small plant it seems. I have a Little Mermaid which hasn't bloomed yet, so I hope it looks like yours.

I love the Little Mermaid fragrance. I have a few of these but not in bloom currently. Of course, the one I gave away is gloriously in bloom. Of course it is! LOL!

Yes, the blooms are a bit over 3" - plant is in a 4" pot.
When I first got this, the pbulbs and foliage were quite small, but since I've had it, the new one's have become quite a bit bigger, tho the plant is still fairly compact. The blooms are also bigger now
I hope your's blooms soon, and nicely!

It does have a wonderful fragrance, doesn't it? Funny thing, I don't remember it being fragrant when I got it ... (of course, it may have been, and I just forgot)
Figures that the one you gave away is blooming, and yours aren't I'm sure yours will soon!
