An update for my old post
http://www.orchidboard.com/community...arah-diba.html
I placed the plant high up in my greenhouse where it recieved unfiltered light during the morning hours. In the summer I removed the nearby acrylic paneel to let in fresh air for the exhaust ventilator on the opposite side. I guess that thousands of m3 of fresh air blew in per hour. Temperature was close to 40°C on hot days and 12°C on cold rainy days. Percivalianas are hardy, they not only stand but seem to love the extremes.
Last year there were 6 flowers, now 10.

Truly a well grown plant! And I think semi-alba is the best color for this species!!

Absolutely gorgeous! I'm new enough to the hobby to just be glad my plants are still alive and growing, but I hope to be able to get my plants to bloom so beautifully one day. Thanks for the culture notes. ^_^

Wow! Well done! I guess I am not being harsh enough to mine as it let me down this winter.

Again.....very warm temps, lots of light, and air movement. All things they receive naturally. Good growing.

Gorgeous.
Does it have nice fragrance?
I want one because I love their shape.

Is one percivaliana better than others in fragrance?

I think percivaliana are known for a less than pleasant fragrance. Mine hasn't bloomed yet so I am just going by what I read.
