Happy Holidays!
My new holiday orchid is Pot.Hisako Akatsuka x Slc. Jungle Jewel 'Waiakea'
I got this from Alan Koch as near blooming size at the last San Francisco show. The plant is blooming for the second time already. The fragrance is my favorite for Catt. hybrids. Rosy floral in the morning, later reminds me of lilacs, than spicy tones are added and finishes with sweet spice in the afternoon. Plant is less than 7 inches tall.
