Default Cattleya quadricolor

This Colombian unifoliate species feels comfortable in more humid places with regular watering (but not with permanent wet feet). Of course it loves bright light and moving air, but it dislikes dry hot air more than other Cattleyas. For me it pushes two leads per year. After the pbulb has finished, it rests 2 months and then it flowers. Flowering season is twice a year in the end of spring and end of fall.
Pbulbs remain slender, much more than the fat bulbs of trianae. There are normally 1-2 flowers per bulb. Flowers do not fully open, they remain in the tipped, bell-shaped position. But the soft delicate aspect and pleasant fragrance is touching. Two distinct clones.

Those flowers are fantastic. And this is such an under-appreciated species too. Congratulations on the blooms.
