This is a first flowering for me of this plant. I got a dry sheath last year and it shows no real evidence that it has ever flowered before.

Thanks, guys. I am noticing a faint sweet scent this morning. I think I officially love this one. I agree it is a very cheery one to have blooming at the moment.

The color is very nice, and a scent? Perfect.

I'm not such a fan of floofiness (have to add this one to my dictionary ), but I love the technique you've used of showing the flower developing from bud to bloom. Superb!
