Wow! congratulations on growing this plant. I had one and it unfortunately died. Please share your growth culture. How often did you water it and what kind of water--for example, rain water? Feed it? What light did you grow it in and how warm did you keep it? I want to get another one of these but really need to figure out how to keep the plant from dying. Thank you for sharing and for any information you can provide.

I keep it in greenhouse. it is medium to warm GH. during summer could be very hot. up to 35-38 C on very hot days but average is 27-28 C , and around 20 during night. during winter night tem is 15-16 C and day temp is 22C but could be up to 25 on sunny days.
RH is 65-85%.

I am using rain water. feeding with MSU fertilizer 80-100 PPM. 1x per week (2x during summer) soaking half an hour. almost every day misting. at the end of summer switch fertilizer to 0-20-15 N-P-K .

Very nice! Do you grow any of the other small Soprhonitis (Cattleya) species like coccinea or brevipedunculata?

I love this little guy! Your flowers are so pretty!
I'm waiting to see if mine will once more grace me with blooms.

Beautiful!!! I love this species. My first one bloomed quite easily, but my current one seems quite stubborn... (the previous one died of rot during a particularily wet summer)
