Default First bloom of LC Newberry Pixie Cherokee

Today I opened the door to the greenhouse and was overwhelmed with the fragrance of LC Newberry Pixie Cherokee, purchased this summer from Carter&Holmes. It is the first bloom of this seedling and absolutely lovely, a rosy pink with maroon and yellow on the lip. I can't post photos by URL from this iPad. Want everyone to know its a "keeper".

Finally went to tapatalk and managed a photo. This photo upload business should be simpler.

It's a site that lets you easily access your various groups or forums. I had to get on it in order to post photos on this forum,as Orchid Board is difficult to post on without all the URL. umbers which my iPad doesn't bring up. Too bad they don't make it easier like Facebook.

I'd personally like to be able to host all my photos here instead! Other forums offer that feature, as well as being able to open up your gallery while creating a post, and the just clicking on the pics you want to add to the post...but anyway...

Beautiful cattleya, wish I could smell it. I think everything from C&H is either called 'mendenhall' or 'newberry' lol.
