No -it is not a rescue-i just had trouble to get it to bloom
It bloomed the first 2 years i had it and then nothing for 6 Years-so i think it finally knows it has to bloom at least once a year

Gorgeous flowers.
But its just a big surprise that this orchid would sulk for 6 years....this is a hybrid and it should flower at least twice a year....maybe you have given this a new location, light and humidity=this will flower for you regularly from now on....the sulking stage is over

Thank you so much Bud
I do not know why-it is in the same spot since Day one-I dont have too much room to switch things around-only thing i did 4 years ago is divide it ( was thinking that would help LOL ) now i got 2 plants and both have buds-the second one only got one spike with 4 Buds-not open yet.I hope the sulking is over-I be happy if it blooms only once a year too

Ah, that's the explanation. If you divide these orchids you must have at least four plants in a pot (at least three back-bulbs and one new growth); if not it will set back the plant to several years before it matures enough bulbs to give you blooms. The roots when disturbed drastically and stressed can also make it sulk.
