Anybody out there growing on of these? I got this from carter and homes and it seem like it decided to stop growing and maybe its resting. How do grow yours?

Grown like typical cattleya. Watch, and go with the flow. If it seems to be in a holding pattern, water sparingly, and watch for new roots at the base of the new growth. New roots splurge (not random, but obviously a growth spurt is taking place) usually means it is getting ready to bloom, or grow a new sprout from the base.

I'd let dry quite a bit, water accordingly, and wait.

With the sophronitis in the background, they can take a bit of coolness, and that will help to develop size and color.

Enjoy
Hope I helped.

Take care
may all your orchids bloom like crazy
