Default E. Cordigera x Bees Knees

I didn't get a spike last year as an insect chewed it off as it was developing, but this year a nice spike got through. Not surprisingly, it looks much like cordigera given it's 3/4 that species.

I'm having trouble uploading 2 photos, it keeps replacing one with the other rather than doing both.

What browser are you using? I've had nothing but problems using Internet explorer with this site but mozilla Firefox is pretty good.

Never use IE if you can help it, it's a terrible web browser. Google Chrome or Firefox are the better choices.

The colour is a bit saturated in the photo as the sun was almost behind the flower, I have another pic of the whole scape that shows it more accurately as having more brown petals and softer pink labellum.

The browser is Safari as I take the pics on my iphone.

Here is a more representative pic of the colour.

A lovely thing. I like how the anterior lobe throws her little hands in the air. Must look for one.
