They look nice and healthy. What are their names and where did you get them if you don't mind me asking.

I did get them from Cattleya and Relatives - OrchidsCanada.com. They arrived in very good shape despite express post being caught up in long weekend kerfuffle, and them being in transit longer then I would like. When looking for a dealer I went after one in Canada specifically to not complicate my purchase with customs issues. the three I choose were laelia lobata v.alba "carlisle's Best", C.lodoigressii x c.jenmanii (prefect x charlie), and Le mildred Rives x C intermedia v orlata (orchidglade x rock candy) I can't wait to see them bloom! (I do realize it will be a couple years )

Marcotte is a serious grower, good acquisitions.
If you have space a beautiful one is Laelia purpurata 'Carlisle' for $500 or Cattleya skinneri 'Casa Luna'

Sounds like nice choices. If you belong to an orchid society one of the benefits is that sometimes they place orders to other countries (ours does on occasion). Or the orchid shows usually have vendors from U.S., Asia etc. and then you can get some types that aren't available here. We have a few good vendors in Canada too.

Nice plants and you'll fall in love with cattleyas once they bloom. They are very easy to grow given coarse media, lots of water, and lots of air. Just don't let them stay wet for long. Water when dry. Let them dry again before you water. Like I said in the other post in "repotting" get some of Rays seaweed stuff. The more roots the merrier. Good luck.
