IncrediblePlantHead. Brassavola Little Stars (Brassavola nodosa x Brassavola subulifolia). Does this help?

Thank you for the reply. I see now that "Petit Stars" (Bl. Richard Mueller x L. rubescen) is a different hybrid than "Little Stars"(Brassavola nodosa x Brassavola subulifolia).

Nice!
Mine is giving me hard time.
It has been growing very well adding lots of new leads, but all the sheaths dry up and die.

How long does it take to go from sheath to open flower on your plant??

Seems to like a lot of light and a lot of water and likes to be fed often. This thing is really like a kid on steroids. I have to tell you tho, when I got this plant, I chose it from a table of maybe a hundred plants that had just hit the table. My eye immediately went to this one because it stood out like a star from the rest. It was bigger, stronger, greener than the others. I grabbed it up in a flash. Even the seller who apparently had not noticed it seemed disappointed to sell it for the 20.00 marked price. It was just a good day and a great orchid.

I got mine in bloom in December. I grow mine under nearly full sun, it has been growing really well, but every single sheath just dies out.
oh, well...
