6-8 inches, its just the right size.

Very well grown. I wasted a lot of time learning to let them dry out completely before watering again. Once I learned that, mine grew like weeds. You grow this very well. Word of advice.....get those old dried sheaths off. Nasty things grow under them. And they love light.
