Several suggestions (1) yellow flowers often do fade (I don't know if these are newly opened or not, but if they are not that is a possibility); (2) mericlones are often not exact matches, but again I don't know if this is a mericlone; (3) culture and temperature can affect flower color, especially in reds, oranges and yellows; (4) there is, of course, the possibility that it is mislabeled.
I could not find a picture of this clone, but another clone pictured on Orchidwiz varies considerably in color. Lemon Chiffon varies in the OW photos from deep to pale yellow and even to sunset shades.
