Cattleya bowringiana var. coerulea - in bud
Hi!
I know a bud is not interesting, but growing species in temperate climate, windowsill, is not that easy.
So.... I am proud to present the 2 buds evolving on my bowringiana var coerulea. I hope from all my heart to bloom.

Congrats on the buds! I live in a temperate climate as well and I grow a few catts (not species though) by the windowsill. I know I get excited when I see buds on my catts!

Nico Nico getting any buds on the young plants of this is good
....
Ive been told they need to bloom more than a few times and get a fat cane supply behind them for energy to produce the massive amts of flowers we see.
