Default When to end summer camp

Now that summer is winding down I am curious how long other zone 6-7 growers leave their catts outside? Is there a difference betweek unifoliates and bifoliate types?

Ive had both types of catts and as soon as the night temps drop below 60 at night is best to bring them inside IMO. Especially if they have tender new growths! you will may lose them to a cold snap. I have already bought all mine indoors to be safe and this was the time I did it last year as well!

Check for bugs first before you bring them in. especially those growing in bark......Ants love bark! I bought a plant in with a nest in it and boy was that a surprise lol!!!! i vote that summer camp is over....

I keep most of my Catts outside year-round - protected from frost / freeze at night (zone 9, so down into 30's overnight sometimes, not that it's recommended to do so). Better safe than sorry tho - if you're unsure, bring them in. Mid 50s overnight shouldn't hurt anything - we get that in summer!
