I have a plant that I wanna divide and place some smaller pots. However, there are several old pseudobulbs and I have several of them causing it to be top heavy. I was wondering if it is possible to trim the tops of the pseudobulbs when I repot them the smaller pots.

Welcme! (By the way, this is a 12-year-old thread...)

Don't cut pseudobulbs! If the pot is top-heavy, just drop the whole thing into a terracotta pot for the weight. In fact, don't cut ANYTHING without good reason. Ask here first, not after the damage is done.
