Blc. Ports of Paradise 'Gleneyrie's Green Giant' FCC/AOS
Goodmorning,
As I said yesterday in my introduction, one of my alltime favorites is blooming. It is Blc. Ports of Paradise 'Gleneyrie's Green Giant' FCC/AOS.
I have been looking for years en finally found it 2 years ago. Sadly is was in bad condition. But now the plant has rewarded me with 2 beautifull blooms. There are not completely open but I just can't wait anymore .

The plant looks strong and healthy, good growing. Unusual green flowers. Lemon scented, right?

Thanks euplusia. You're right about the scent, although it is a bit diffucult because I have a Hoya in bloom as well, which smells very, very strongly...

I can understand the problem with the Hoya smelling
Your plant has bloomed very nicely, and the leaves show a very healthy plant.
It could easily be one of my favorites

@danielebac: thx!
@annak: thank you. It is healthy now. When I got it almost all roots were rotten, but now it shoots out roots everywhere. Which makes me very happy!

It's beautiful and brings back memories. I had one which was gorgeous in bloom, but for some reason I killed it, even tho I grow most Cattleyas reasonably well.
