I ordered this plant from the same vendor I got my grammatophyllum from that is currently having issues..(just posted update on pest and diseases).
I want to make sure this one is okay as well. Its in a shady area that gets bright filtered light early morn mid to late afternoon.
Its a little grasshopper eaten but seems okay. It was not shipped with my Gramm. So 8 am hoping it is okay. I have had these for about 4-5 days now and am not seeing any signs of distress from the plant.
I don't think the plant has a disease. I would cut of the leaf that seems thorn (on the second pic). The medium seems old, so I would repot it. The other leafs look like they had a spidermite attack. This can be overcome by wiping the underside of the leafs with a wet paper towel on a daily basis. Keep it out of the sun and keep humidity high until the plant recovers and forms new roots (some leafs look withered).
