I'm surprised that this bloomed. The leaves all have brown tips. I'm suspecting that it needs higher humidity than I can provide. I average about 50-60% humidity.

Thank you. When I bought it I was told that it was fragrant. I have not noticed any fragrance at all.

Very good! I have a simple Epidendrum ibaguense that I have had for years...winter under lights, watering a bit every week, summers in 5-8 hours direct sun every day. It grows and grows yet never flowers? Everyone I have talked with said it should boom easily. I feed it Miracle Grow orchid food weekly weakly...water as it dries. Any ideas?

I have not had experience with that one. Maybe a urea-free fertilizer (Michigan State type of blend). Epiphytes are supposed to respond better to it. I use it for all of my plants, but I still have some that also grow and grow but do not bloom.
