I googled up some imaged of this plant, and the shape of the lip can be quite different. Mine is rather disorderly as far as the shape of the lip, but I like the overall package.

The fragrance is there and nice, but unfortunately very week so you'd have to stick your nose right up there.

I thought I would replace one of my other yellow cats with this one, but I guess not as others are very strongly scented.

Very nice, you can see that wonderful dowiana lip. I bought a flask of this hybrid crossed with Blc toshie aoki which has very similar colouring. Will be interesting to see how they come out.

I love Toshie Aoki!
I've seen Starburst AM/AOS (my favorite of this color type cattleya) and Pizzaz which is similar.

I think I've seen a nice example of the cross of this plant and Toshie Aoki. It looked like a Toshie Aoki "Starburst" with the lip of Williette Wong "The Best", kind of like Toshi Aoki "Blemn Insel" but with more yellowing on the lip.

I think they are all sooooo beautiful!
