The caveat. Roots growing out the bottom of the pot mean one of two things (or both). The plant is pot bound and needs a repotting after the flowers fall. Or.....something down in the pot are making the roots grow out of the media. I think the former but maybe it's time to repot. Once the roots become all tangled it really sets the plant back when it is repotted. When you do repot I would cut the pot away from all those roots instead of trying to pull the plant out of the pot. I would bet that the roots are all growing around the inner pot wall with not a lot growing into the media. Insufficient air flow through the media is a prime reason for roots to grow around the inner wall of the pot and not into the media. Oh....and nice buds there. Absolutely a well grown orchid. Please post a pic when they open. I've love to see those beautiful pink flowers.
