i just got a dialaelia pod and i wanna know how long it generally take to germinate with p668 (list:at best and worst)

Generally if the pod is taken from the plant, it is ready to be flasked. I'm not sure on the specifics of germination time frame. Also, what is p668?

p668 is a medium the one i bought was mostly for epiphytic
orchids
