Close enough to aclandiae to not sweat the small stuff. This has a fungal infection. And it started in the roots. If you look at the roots, they are not in great shape. The new pbulb from which this flowered is all that is currently in good shape but even it could be better. Bayer 3/1 is ok but I would get something a little stronger like phyton (?) or cleary's. No need to repot but once you egt this healthy I would water a little more and in it's current state give it less light. Aclandiae have lots of minor variations in the color and patterning. The blemishes on the current foliage will not go away so don't worry about it. The new pbulb and all subsequent foliage is what matters. These are not difficult to grow and flower but watering and calcium are essential.
