I got this one today from a local grower.
The whole thing is barely 8 in tall (flower spike), so this is by far the smallest cattleya hybrid I've ever tried.
There are a few pbs but this is its first flowering.

Sooo cute!
The color combination really cheers me up every time I look at them.

The flowers must have just open as they are supposed to turn orange with time.

Faint but nice fragrance as well.

I just love that one! I just got one as a medium seedling from Clouds a few weeks ago. I re-potted it only to find 4 tiny seedlings in the pot. Clouds told me they are still 'medium' seedlings and about 2 years away from blooming. Seeing yours makes me impatient for mine to bloom!

It's one of those that pulls you in.
