Default L. purpurata

It's the blooming season for the purpurata's and I have several in bloom in my collection. The one pictured below is one of my favorites. According to the label it is a cross of L. purpurata var. flammea 'Xint' and L. purpurata var. rosada 'Dark Hsinying'. It is a plant that I obtained from Orchid Center in Waianae a few years ago.

Beautiful display. You could have a collection of just purpurata given the variety in this species, plus they are just so easy to grow.

Looks great Mel! Does Orchid Center have a website? You get so many amazing orchids from there.
