I should add, if it fails to bloom in the summer it's most likely because of a lack of light in the winter rest.

Good to know. Mine are directly under a HO T5 in the winter, but I feel it is mature enough to bloom and it hasn't. So I will up the light both summer and winter. These are supposed to be rather easy to bloom supposedly but my is stubborn!
