Two colour forms of a spectacular Brazilian species, which is sadly nearly extinct today in its natural habitat due to forest destruction. The mustard yellow form (fumacina, flava, aurea, tipo) is more often, but also dark forms exist.

Beautiful! My spikes are just coming out of their sheaths on my Laelia tenebrosa! I hope they are as nice as yours.
