It looks so much like mine.
I got mine last fall in bloom. The grower didn't have a tag but told me it is a cross between B.nodosa and cattleya of some kind.

Mine didn't have as much pink hue, but almost white with burgundy spottings on the lip. Rather large flowers on decent sized plants and the fragrance is the best ever!!!
I put it by bed every night.

It has been growing like crazy but I don't see any sign of sheath on the newly maturing growths. there goes again my problem with cattleya not flowering for me.

but since I like it so much, I'm going to make an exception and keep this plant. I should come up with some way to make it flower again.
I just have to.

How much light do you give to yours??

It's grown in a greenhouse, with 40% shade cloth. Direct sun on the G.H. all day...blossom booster when the new growth is almost finished. Usually blooms twice a year. The parents of mine are b. nodosa x c. maxima. You are correct...it has a wonderful fragrance...BettyE
