It is called Cockleshell orchid.
The plant usually begins blooming in eraly summer and then will last for months till late autumn.

Nice flower! This is one of my first orchids (and I still have it). It's great for beginners as it is quite forgiving and it blooms for about 8-9 months of the year!

Don't trim anything off till its totally brown, mine keeps blooming on the old stems, it loves to bloom
