The Golden Tang was a gift from a friend in Kansas City who knew she liked Richard Mueller crosses - I'll send him a note and see if he recalls where he got it. Rustic Spots is the one I know for sure came from Fantasy Orchids but that was ... 7-8 years ago maybe?

Finally had a chance to talk with my friend. He knows where he got the Golden Tang, but that doesn't help. He bought it at their local society auction years ago, a lonely division that no one wanted, for $3 or some ridiculously low price. Now that it's a large plant blooming several times a year, of course, he has no problem finding homes for divisions ... sorry I can't be of more help.
