I got mine from Ray Creek Orchid Nursery, which is in the UK.
I'm not sure if some one could recomend a suitable USA nursury!?

I go mine a couple of years ago from Ian's Orchids on ebay; don't know if he has any now. Was large seedling/nbs. Just recently bloomed and was fabulous.
