With good sun exposure, it is a reliable bloomer.

A great species! It looks like the flowers on this guy are a bit larger than normal too. Congrats!

The clone name is Heiti Jacobs which is the most common grown version here in Taiwan.

It's beautiful! Do these bloom more than once a year? The new orchid grower that moved to the island here has an orange one available, I believe. I love Catts but prefer something that doesn't just bloom for a few weeks of the year.

Very nice. My Guarianthe skinneri (also a 'Heiti Jacobs' ) just went out of bloom. It's one of my favorite catts.

I was wrong. Paramount orchids has an orange and red Guarisophleya.
