Well the bloom color of yours is great - it looks very close to the larger one of mine. The smaller start has a more intense scarlet, but only had three blooms this year and seems to be much slower to grow.

Thanks, Steve. If I remember the pictures you posted the one was indeed a deeper color than the other.

Hey Ron -
Your handy with a camera - When mine was in bloom, I wanted to get a very close up shot of the throat and inside the entire throat structure -
Could you get a shot of yours? I really love thecolor patterns and detail inside, and there are several colors that doesn't really show unless up close, but my camera is a point and shoot sort - no high tech here so I can't get in that small.
Would love it if you get one and could post it!
