Gorgeous blooms....it is big and flat that extends like wings of butterflies....the colors are stunning because it is well photographed....
I got a couple of new leads on my coccinea hopefully it blooms soon

No fragrance. Never heard of this species being fragrant. I has produced a second lead and I'm hoping for several more when it starts into growth again.

Really pretty. Interesting about the flower increasing in size after opening. I've noticed that on happening on one of my phals that has quite large flowers, but I don't notice it on others.

This one increases dramatically, Rosie. It starts out about the size of a 10p coin and when fully mature is at least four times that size. Thanks for commenting and looking.
