If it looks like this on the top what might it look like down in the center? Look at the last seasons pbulbs from which the new growth is coming. New roots.!!! Perfect time to repot. Can't get any better than this. All I can say is I would repot it at this time. Any further along and you risk the roots. I don't know what you can get but I would pot in 1/2 inch fir bark/ some sponge rock (not a lot) / and hardwood charcol (not to be cornfuzed with charcol briquettes). The charcol has an antibacterial property in it and that's why I use it. It used to be used nearly exclusively back east as media for catts. It was cheap, inert, and easily obtainable. I get mine at HD in a 25 lb bag. I know, too much for you to use. But if you can find some in a small bag it's good for any other plants as well. So.....it's up to you. Nice plant you have here. Those buds will most likely bloom around Nov/Dec. Maybe a little sooner. Could be as early as late aug/early sept but probably later. Love to see it bloom. When the new growth is half as tall as the older pbulbs get with me and I'll show you how to help it bloom. Thanks for the pics.
