Default Cattleya from a bag

LOL I bought several of those orchids that you see at home depot by Better Gro. in the bags. This is the first time this one has flowered. Wish I could remember how long I've had it.

I'm so excited!!! I totally just bought the same Better Gro one a few weeks ago!

...except I got the younger version, to save some money... so I have a few years to wait on it.

But that's okay!!!
Gorgeous bloom!

I think it took a couple years for mine but I bought the 12.95 one. You also can look forward to one of the best floral scents I've ever smelled. I like it as much as I like my B. nodosa scent.

I bought 3 Better Gro last year. They are just so tempting. But I also hear all the horror stories about them so looking at yours ,I feel better.

Out of 3 I have, one was mounted on a tree last yr and has attached itself well now. I put Other 2 in basket and tree ferns but they did not grow that well so, this year I mounted them on the tree and they seem to like it but I have not seen new roots yet.
