Dorothy...here's a pic of the whole plant; I should have used a ruler in the shot, though you can see my hand for a point of comparison. This is in a 2" pot.
Someone asked about fragrance...there is just a bit of clean almost lemony scent...we'll see if this intensifys or fades as the flower matures.

I bought it from a vendor on e-bay last spring; beyond that I can not tell you much, though I think that it may have come from Royal Orchids (Florida)

Follow-up pics
Here's a couple more pics now that she has grown into her color...I like the deeper pink better than the original lighter shade. The fragrance is still mildly citrusy...with a some black pepper overtones thrown in.

I agree Susanne, definitely a 'she.' I love the name of this one and beautiful coloring.
The only orchids I ever refer to as 'he' are the Paphs
