That's Eplc. Volcano Trick 'Fireball'. I didn't post a picture this year because it seems like almost everybody has one. It always puts on a nice show.

It tries to bloom twice a year but the summer spikes never develop properly. I assume it's just too hot during the summer for this orchid.
