There are 14 blooms on the single spike. This is one the orchids that I nursed back to health after my "great rot of 2011" and I could not be more pleased. In the course of the clean up I had lost the tag, but because i keep photos of my orchids, I was able to easily identify it once it bloomed.

I was just about to say that this one resembles an epidendrum as well. It is very lovely

I don't have any specific culture tips. It is potted in a clay pot (4 inches) in a bark mixture, and fertilized with MSU and SuperThrive. I summer it outdoors where is gets direct early morning light and then bright dappled light for the remainder of the day. I was VERY careful to ensure that it didn't get repeatedly soaked with rain this past summer which is what got me in trouble last year.

My GH is cool to intermediate, but, of course, summering outdoors here means tamps can go um into the high 90 F regularly. So it is pretty tolerant of a wide temp range.

I had good luck with LC trick or treat too (a parent), but lost that one to rot

Thanks! That sounds similar to how I grow it so maybe the next growth will bloom. The last one did get a tiny sheath which then just sat there and did nothing. Winter is cool in my greenhouse but good light under T5's. It easily gets 90F temps in summer here too in the greenhouse.
