Yeah I had a chia lin new city and they are a close match. Very nice Tucker. Very beautiful indeed. Mine took a month to become fragrant. Not real fragrant but nice.

That's my experience also. After being open over a week it's becoming more fragrant. It's not a sweet perfume type fragrance but it's nice.

The Chia Lin has more intense yellow veins on its lip (stong influence from C. dowiana).
