Cattleya nobilior
This plant has been off in its blooming for the past year and a half. Not complaining, just observing.

So is it blooming only in fall or both spring and fall?

This year, both. I'm worried that it will exhaust itself.

Sounds like a great problem to have! I wouldn't worry too much about it exhausting itself though. They're tough plants!

Very nice! That looks like more bloom than plant!

Fabulous. I love when they bloom more than once a year.

Outstanding! What a beauty. And yes, I too would like to have this problem. Congrats on the great flowers.

A healthy mature orchid plant can't 'exhaust itself' from blooming, or 'bloom itself to death' as some are fond of saying. Keep up the normal good care you are obviously giving it, including repotting when it needs it even if it is in bloom or in bud, relax and enjoy.
It is lovely, one of my favorite species I have never grown. Keep posting every time.
