Default Laelia anceps

I grew this from a small seedling and I had no idea when I bought the tiny thing how it would turn out. (Just like raising children but at least with our children we know who the parents are.) I am very pleased with the darker flower and the shape. Particularly the way the lower petals are teardrop shaped. There is a little irregularity in one of the lateral petals but hopefully that will improve.

That's a beautiful Laelia anceps. I love that dark color. That will be a spectacular plant when it gets larger.

The color is great and the shape is really cool, like you said. Congrats!
