Rlc. EZO Robin's Magic getting ready to bloom?

Thanks so much for your response Silken! Yes this is the first time this plant has bloomed. Like you mentioned, I imagine that next year it may produce more. I will keep in mind my phosphate vs nitrogen intakes.

I am happy with these buds, but something told me it had potential for more. Thanks for confirming!

FYI I grew this plant outdoors all Summer and gave it some good light (bright light with a couple of hours of direct sunlight). Now is inside but still receiving sunlight through a window. I will place it back out again in the Spring

Hey, I'm in Northern NJ too. I live in Wyckoff (between Ridgewood and Franklin Lakes). I have a sun room attached to the house and have pretty good success with Catts. I'm expanding beyond Catts. and am up to 80+ orchids and a few assorted (and large) houseplants my collection. I lot quite a few orchids in the summer of 2011 due to the rain and the resulting rot while I was away on business for several weeks.

Hi cbuchman! Not too far from you. I'm in Sparta. Sorry to hear about your loss but sounds like you have quite an impressive collection!! I love Catts. I just have a few since I'm just getting my feet wet sort of speak. I plan on getting more next Spring. My problem is that I have a collection of bonsai as well. There are so many hours in the day you know!

Ok as promised, a quick update. My Ezo Robbin's Magic finally bloomed! It took its sweet ol' time but it did! As mentioned earlier, this is a first blooming for this plant and for me as an orchid grower as well!

Except for the first pic, the rest were taken today.
